Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must bring their own swimming towels. If five guests are staying, please bring linens for the sleeper couch. All dishes must be washed and packed away before departure. Loud parties or unruly behaviour are not permitted.
Guests must adhere to security measures and notify caretakers of movements after hours. The unit is on the third floor with no lift; stairs must be used. Our gardener can carry luggage at an additional cost.
If fishing, remove all bait and fish from the garage freezer and clean it; do not use the unit’s freezer for fishing purposes. Guests are advised to exercise caution when walking on the beach and to walk in groups.
