Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The keys can be collected from Securicor and dropped off again upon departure.
Please leave the house in the condition it was found.
Please be sure to close all doors when leaving.
Please use power and water sparingly. Guests must buy extra electricity if necessary.
Marloth is a dry area.
Take all the rubbish and bags with you. There is a rubbish area where it can be dropped off in Olifant Street.
All dishes must be washed and packed away.
Make sure the house alarm is activated every time you leave the house.
Noise and loud music are not allowed. Violators will be asked to vacate and leave the premises.
No smoking is allowed indoors.
No wood from the forest should be used to make a fire. Feel free to buy wood at the shopping centers.
Food for the animals can also be obtained from the shopping centres. Please do not feed them general food.
A R2000 fine will be given for breaching the above rules.
