Loud music or noise is not allowed before 8 am and after 10 pm

Pets are allowed with a once-off pet fee with permission.
The property is not fenced on the front, please keep an eye on your pets as we have neighbours with dogs.
There is an enclosed back garden section but it is really narrow.
