Late check-outs or early check-ins may require prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas, disposing of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are not permitted.
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00, especially to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbours.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
The house has a maximum occupancy of 6.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Guests may use the kitchen facilities but are expected to clean up after themselves and leave the kitchen as they find it.
Please separate and dispose of waste in designated bins. Guests should dispose of all trash before check-out.
Kindly take care of all furniture, appliances, and decor.
Damages or breakages should be reported immediately.
Turn off appliances when not in use and upon leaving the property.
Guests must return all keys provided upon check-out.
Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property for added security.
Extra fees may apply for any excessive cleaning required or damages to the property.
