House Rules

The roads leading to the property have sustained damage due to the storm experience last year, this has caused potholes to form and it is advisable for guests to be aware of the potholes.
No parties permitted.
No pets are allowed.
No events/bachelor getaways permitted.
Noise not permitted after 10.00 pm
No smoking, no vaping, no hookah, no cigarettes allowed.
No bookings of under 18.
The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 working days, if no damages are found.
The apartment can only accommodate a max capacity of 4 people.
