House Rules

Should you require after hours check in (anytime from 5pm onwards), please kindly provide us with an approximate check in time so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

If there are any reservations you’d like us to make for you such as a restaurant booking at the Grill Room on our farm, or any other restaurant, or a shuttle from and to the airport, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll assist wherever possible.

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that the cottages are self-catering. You will receive complimentary water, tea and coffee upon your arrival, however, we do not supply any further drinks, or any condiments, spices, etc. so we kindly remind you to bring with anything you may require.

As you may be aware, South Africa is experiencing load shedding. The farm does have a generator, therefore there will be power during the day. However, the generator will be turned off between 10pm at night, and 7am in the morning. Therefore, if there is load shedding between 10pm and 7am, there will be no power, Each apartment has a torch if required.

Please kindly note that guests are not allowed to receive visitors after 9pm, and all visitors need to leave by 11:30pm. No parties or loud music is allowed.

Housekeeping is from a Monday to a Friday, but unfortunately not on weekends and public holidays.
