Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability.
This home accommodates up to 12 guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during these times to respect the neighbours.
Guests may smoke outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
The owners welcome well-behaved pets. Please ensure they are supervised and do not cause any damage. No pets on the furniture, please. There is a poop scooper by the black bin outside, please pick up the poop at least every 3 days.
The host must approve parties and events beforehand. Please enjoy the home responsibly.
Please treat the home as your own.
Wash dishes after use and leave the kitchen tidy.
Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. When the inside bin in the kitchen is full you can drop it in the black bin outside next to the garage.
The owners understand that accidents can happen, please report any damage immediately so they can address it.
Guests are responsible for damage costs if applicable. The owners give themselves 14 days' grace after you have checked out to communicate any damage or loss as it is impossible to check everything quickly before your departure.
Kindly avoid rearranging furniture or removing items from the home.
Feel free to enjoy the outdoor spaces but clean up after use.
Do not leave food or rubbish outdoors to avoid attracting wildlife.
Please keep the keys safe and return them at check-out. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee of R700.
Ensure doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the house.
Please do not leave candles, stoves, or grills unattended. The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
The Wi-Fi password is 19Willem17 and applies to both networks, Behrens 2G and Huis2. Each network performs better in different areas of the house, so feel free to switch between them for the best connection. The rooter and extender set-up is sensitive to movement, please be cautious when in the vicinity. Please use it respectfully for lawful purposes only.
For any instructions on how to use equipment please ask your host.
Only toilet paper should be flushed to help maintain the system's functionality.
The washer and dryer are available for your use. Please do not overload.
Upstairs windows should be closed when it rains and with strong wind.
On departure, please spread used towels out on the beds to help prevent mould.
When leaving the property and checking out, ensure all windows and doors are locked.
