We charge a room rate with a maximum of 2 people sharing a double bed, for example, a couple.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Loud music is not permitted.
No group bookings, family bookings only.

Please be aware that this is a permanent residence. The owners do travel and thus this home is available on occasion. No group bookings and no loud parties is allowed. Like-minded guests who need a peaceful getaway or a relaxing holiday in a beautiful seaside home will be given preference.
