Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking inside the house.
No lighting of open fires.
Braai/barbecue area must be extinguished with water after every use and must be monitored when alight due to strong winds in the area.
Small children need to be supervised on the balcony areas.
Wildlife is to be respected and must not be fed.
Pets are welcome but not allowed on the furniture or beds.
Please note that the pathway to the property is steep, so we recommend that guests have a reasonable level of fitness and no health issues in order to comfortably make the walk up.
