All in all, we had a very enjoyable 2-night stay at Sep Se Plek. On first arrival, it seemed isolated, so it would be good to say it's a very long walk into Franschhoek. Also, the cabins and stoops looked very tired; perhaps some updating is required, and the stagnant water was off-putting.

Relaxing and peaceful spot. We spent New Year’s with 2 other families that we are friends with. It was perfect for the children (they are all older and water wise as there are open bodies of water) to roam around between the different cottages. We enjoyed the pool, which was lovely and cool in the heat!
