Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. The coffee station offers a 5-liter filtered water, coffee, tea, sugar, 1 box of milk, and a tin of biscuits to enjoy. Free parking at the complex.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
No noise (loud talking, music) is allowed after 10 pm during the week, and 11 pm on weekends.
Please do not feed the birds.
If Marina Security is called and a fine is issued, you will be liable.
For longer stays: Weekly linen and bath towel change at R500.
