Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For international guests, the breakage deposit must be paid in cash on arrival. Local residents are required to prepay the deposit via EFT.
A fee of R250 in cash is payable upon check-in for arrivals after 18:00.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed to sleep over.
Pets are allowed on the property only with prior request and are strictly subject to owner confirmation. The property is not fully enclosed, and guests are fully responsible for the care and safety of their pets during their stay. Only 2 small-breed dogs are permitted. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
A surcharge will apply if pets are found on beds or furniture to cover additional cleaning costs. Additional charges will also apply for cleaning carpets or any mess caused by pets inside the house.
Guests must supervise their pets at all times. While the property has an enclosed garden with fencing, pets must not wander unattended or cause a nuisance to neighbours and their pets.
Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please bring your own pet beds, blankets, and feeding bowls.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Unruly or noisy behaviour will result in eviction without a refund. No parties or events are permitted. No loud music or noise is allowed after 22:00.
A cleaning surcharge will apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon check-out or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
Housekeeping is available upon request at an additional cost. This service must be arranged well in advance as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of inquiry.
