Guest should please note that the elevator will not work during power outages.
No washing on balcony.
Parties, excessive music and loud noises is not allowed at this property.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited.
Please secure patio windows when open. Please do not leave patio windows open when you leave.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Please note, sections of the unit are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision will be allowed.
