Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that this home is suitable for family holidays. No special events, or parties, and no overcrowding or loud noise and music boxes are allowed. Guests who do not abide by the rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund.

A refundable security deposit will be required. If the house is left in an untidy state a cleaning fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
A daily cleaning service is available and an additional fee per day will be charged. This service needs to be booked prior to check-in.
No days visitors allowed without permission.
Kindly keep the noise down after 22:00.
