The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, air fryer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is also a washing machine. The hosts live on the property, at the back of the house.
Guests do not have access to the garden.
Only 2 guests are allowed in each unit.
No 3rd party bookings allowed
No extra overnight guests.
No parties or events are allowed.
No pets allowed. There is a dog on the premises.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Please be mindful of the noise made.
No commercial photography is allowed.
No smoking, e-vaping, e-cigarettes, or cigars, are allowed anywhere on the property at any time.
No illegal substances, drugs, narcotics, or marijuana on the property at any time.
Please inform the host or co-host immediately if you break, damage, or stain anything.
Please inform the host or co-host immediately if you notice that anything is not working.
Guests must be able to climb stairs. The unit is accessed via a private flight of stairs
Please note that there are obligatory weekly cleaning service for booking of more than 8 nights.
