Please note that there are some baboon friends in the area, so please ensure you take your rubbish with you and don't leave it for them. Additionally, keep the front door closed where possible.

There is a rubbish drop-off at the Pringle Bay entrance.

No smoking is allowed inside.

This property is situated within the Koggelbaai Biosphere Nature Reserve, so please note that no loud music is allowed, and after 9 pm, noise needs to be kept very respectful.

No music is to be played from vehicles.

No events or parties are allowed.

No non-paying guests/day visitors are allowed on the property.

When braaing, please ensure that the fire is completely extinguished before you leave it,
