Average. When we arrived there was no water. There was no water to shower, wash hands or even brush teeth. There is a large jug of water, but too heavy to lift and use. Very disappointed. No Water. No reception to welcome us. Room not ready for paying customers. Very cold, no heater. No television. Definitely not what was advertised. No 24-hour reception as advertised. No security as the gate was left open.
