House Rules

Unfortunately, the house is not child-friendly and no children under the age of 12 are allowed.

If the house is left in a poor or dirty condition, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Any damage to the house and the house's items will be for the guest's account.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
