Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R595 admin fee per booking.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

When you accept the quote, you agree to complete and return a personal information document along with a copy of your ID document.
Please ensure that the correct number of guests is listed on the booking form, as these will be the only persons authorized to use the house and its facilities.
No loud music, excessive noise or parties are allowed.
Unfortunately, we do not allow day visitors.
Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund, including forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

The following may affect the refund of your breakage deposit:
We reserve the right to use the breakage deposit towards cleaning, repair or replacement costs if the property has been left dirty, if items are missing or damaged, or if extraordinary cleaning of the property, linen or furniture is required.
Please wash and put away dirty dishes before departure, as unwashed dishes will incur an additional fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses. If we detect any signs or smells of smoke, the deposit will not be refunded.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days, minus any deductions. If the deposit is insufficient, the booking person is personally responsible for covering additional costs.

Guests must please bring their own bath and beach towels, dishcloths, wood, food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper and extra black bags.

A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed if arranged in advance.
Pets are not allowed on the beds or the furniture. Guests must bring their own beds, bedding and feeding bowls.
Pets must not be a nuisance to the neighbours and must be on a leash once guests leave the property.
Please clean up after pets.

Please note that the wood-fired hot-tub is outside, not under a roof and we do not provide wood for the hot tub.
Guests must fill and empty the hot tub themselves.

The owner of the property and the property manager accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, loss, damage, theft, or death, to any person and or, to his or her property or any items forgotten or left in the house.
