House Rules:
No pets.
No smoking.
No loud noises after 22:00.
No parties or events.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
No Bachelor or bachelorette parties permitted.
As this is a residential home, the host appreciates your respect for the property as well as the neighbors; and therefore, the host does not permit loud parties or disruption to the neighborhood or the home in any way.

Late arrivals will be charged at R250 per hour or part thereof, up until 21:00, payable in cash on arrival. Guests cannot check in after 21:00.
A refundable breakage deposit of R2 500.00 is applicable to each booking and to be paid directly to the agent via EFT prior to arrival. This will be refunded in part on or full, depending on breakages that might have occurred during your stay, within 10 working days after the date of departure.
To avoid any exit cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
