Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests will need to check in and collect keys at 29 Hans Strydom Street, Parow North.
Guests are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool at the owner’s other premises, the Smithland Guest Apartments complex, which is a 100 m walk away.
No smoking is permitted inside.
No pets are permitted.
A breakage deposit is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded in case of no breakages or damages.
This includes damages to crockery, linen, electronic equipment and all decor as well as furniture.
Cleaning services happen every 3rd day.
