Please note that there is no check-in or check-out on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

No smoking or vaping inside the house.

No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Respect quiet times from 22:00 to 08:00. No excessive noise, music or rowdy behaviour. Be considerate of neighbours.

Please report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately so we can repair or replace the damaged item.

Please bring your own beach towels. Bath towels are supplied.
