Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
- Please note, guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- The balance please needs to be paid 30 days before arrival.
- The unit makes use of pre-paid electricity and an R150 is provided; guests need to top-up themselves.
- Please ensure all fires are extinguished properly; the fynbos area is sensitive to veld fires.
- A septic tank is used, please flush toilet paper only.
- On arrival, a starter pack of black bags, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper is supplied. The rest can be brought or bought at the local superette in the village.
- No loud music or excessive noise is allowed after 23:00; please be considerate of the neighbours.
- The number of people occupying the house must not exceed the amount that the house can sleep, and day guests are not allowed, especially at weekends, unless the booking is for more than 7 days.
- Baboons live in the area and guests are asked to please not leave windows and doors open, whether the property is occupied or not; any damages will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are not allowed, except if in prior agreement with the owner.
- Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and strict penalties apply.
- Sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- The accommodation is accessed by a gravel road, and guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
