No Illegal activities may be conducted in this apartment or the common property of the building.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
Any behaviour that is deemed to be disruptive, disrespectful, or intrusive to any other guest or resident of the building, will be considered a violation and warrant an immediate eviction.
