Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the house, and cigarette butts should not be left in the garden or yard, an ashtray is provided.
Extra guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
No parties or loud music are permitted.
Please keep noise levels down after 22:00 and before 07:00.
All fires must be extinguished before going to bed.
The garage CCTV camera will be turned off or unplugged after check-in and plugged in again at check-out.
A deposit is due one week before arrival and will be refunded the day after check-out.
