House Rules

Please note that permanent tenants reside in the studio unit located upstairs.
A travel cot and high chair are available.
A baby gate is available on request for the patio and pool area for young children.

Please note that the upstairs granny flat is only accessible from a separate entrance from the driveway and is rented to a quiet long-term tenant who does not have any access to the main house, garden or swimming pool, however, uses one parking space in the garage.
