Breakage Deposit

House Rules

An R800 key and breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be deposited into your bank account after your departure, if the keys are handed back and the apartment is left in order. The cleaning fee that is payable per booking is included in the quotation.

Very important: The quotation that we do is for the cost to stay at Strandsig 407 but we’ve had other inquiries for the same time period and cannot keep the apartment reserved for you. Only after the deposit is paid will the apartment be reserved for you. If you would like to make the booking you have to confirm that the requested dates are still available before you pay the deposit.
