Price Includes

Apartment: Rates are displayed on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave, small fridge-freezer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The registration form must be signed on arrival.
Visitors are not allowed on the premises without the management's permission.
Quiet time is between 22:00 and 07:00.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and the use of hookah pipes is not permitted.
Streaming services are available at a fee.
Lights and WiFi remain operational even during load shedding – schedules available via EskomSePush App.
Turn off all electrical equipment when you leave the room.
Any damage caused to the property will make you liable for the full cost of repair and replacement.
Do not remove hair dryers, remote controls, coffee containers or toilet spray, disinfectant bottles.
WiFi is available at an extra cost per day.
