Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
After 21:00, please keep noise levels to a minimum.
Laundry Service is available at an additional cost.
Internet is available on a prepaid system and charges for prepaid vouchers may apply.

Cancellation Policy - Custom

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation:

• Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost) to cover bank charges.
• Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).
The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
• Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
• Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost).
• Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit (i.e. 25% of the total reservation cost).

• The owners of the apartments or their agents are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury of any sort that might be incurred by guests on the premises.
• Should it occur that due to unforeseen circumstances the apartment becomes unavailable we will attempt to find accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard. If we fail to secure alternative accommodation we will refund our guests in full.
• Afribode Accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry to the apartment. In this instance any payments will be refunded in full once verified.
• By reserving the apartment it is understood that the above terms have been accepted.
