Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- Linen is provided however guests are required to bring their own towels.
- Smoking is prohibited. If guests violate this rule, a fine is payable.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
- There is no Wi-Fi and DStv, but guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder.
- All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- The breakage deposit must be paid before arrival and will be refunded 7 days after the check-out date if everything is in order.
- No parties are allowed. If guests fail to comply with this rule, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Only 6 guests may occupy the house, including babies.
- No children under the age of 21 are allowed without adult supervision.
- Day visitors are only allowed if arrangements are made in advance.
