House Rules
Under no circumstances are any parties allowed at the property without prior written permission.
Please note that there is no smoking permitted on the property. Guests can smoke outside. A fine of R1000.00 will be levied.
Please note that this property is pet-friendly by prior arrangement only.
Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked when departing from the premises at all times.
The Guest undertakes to maintain reasonable noise levels at the property at all times as excessive noise may be in contravention of the laws of the Republic of South Africa, body corporate rules, and/or the municipal by-laws.
Guests must please bring their own bath and beach towels.
The pool is sometimes shared with other guests staying at other dwellings on the property as well as the owners from time to time.
