The home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has ocean views and garden access. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, his and her basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. It has an adjoining bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds. This bedroom is on the mountainside and has an adjoining bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The flow of the villa allows for relaxed, private entertainment outside and in, with sliding doors enabling free movement from the enclosed porch area to the open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The lounge and enclosed porch are furnished with comfy seating space and feature smart TV’s with a full selection of DStv channels, and Netflix. The lounge also features a lovely fireplace.
Guests can enjoy the private, well-cared-for Fynbos garden and watch the sunbirds that visit often. There is a lovely outdoor seating area perfect for al fresco dining. A portable gas braai as well as Weber braai is on hand for star-spangled homegrown cooking after sunset. Secure parking is available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system. Four bicycles with helmets are available for guest usage.
Onrus North is a quiet and peaceful upmarket neighborhood. Its mountain-side location offers a large variety of bird life and a sense of being close to nature. Access to the other famous Hermanus beaches, several restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops are a short drive away
