The second apartment is ideal for a family and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. The apartment is equipped with selected DStv channels, and guests have access to an outdoor area with portable braai facilities, and secure parking.

The property has an inverter system, which provide back-up power to the property during loadshedding. The inverter system provides back up power to the TV, DStv and Wi-Fi, and the solar panel system provides back-up power to the lights.
