Description
Penguin Studio Flat is an open-plan unit with room for 2 guests and a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Clean linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, air fryer, basic cutlery, crockery and tea-and coffee-making facilities. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs and a lounge area with a view of the sea. A TV with full DStv package is available and guests have access to free Wi-Fi. The studio apartment leads onto a private veranda with covered braai facilities, an outside table and chairs, and a view of the Walker Bay sea and the mountains. Secure parking is available next to the unit on site. Please note that this unit is not pet-friendly and does not have a garden.

No sleeping on sofas is allowed.
No loud music or alcohol abuse is allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the units.
Please respect the property, furniture, and other guests.
A refundable breakage deposit must be paid before arrival, or in cash on arrival. It will be refunded via EFT within 48 hours after the house is cleaned and everything is found to be in order. If there is any damage during guests' stay, the owner must be informed about it upon departure. If there is damage, the value of the damage will be deducted from the breakage deposit before it is refunded via EFT.
Guests are asked to leave the house in reasonable condition and wash their dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
All remaining dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher.
Guests in the Penguin Studio Flat must ensure that all their dishes are washed upon departure.
If the units are not reasonably tidy, and items or furniture are broken or damaged, extra costs will be charged, and the breakage deposit will also be withheld.

This unit is pet-friendly if arranged in advance. This suite sleeps 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 quality single boss beds and the bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, tea-and coffee-making facilities, a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a cosy sitting and dining room with a dining table, chairs, and a comfortable couch. A TV with the full DStv package. Free Wi-Fi is available. The sitting and dining room leads to a long porch with a fire pit, with a covered table and chairs, and steps to the garden. The unit offers lovely uninterrupted sea and mountain views. There is also a courtyard with a covered braai and built-in seating. Parking is available in front of the entrance.
