The house's water supply is treated borehole water & is not subject to water restrictions. There is solar power and battery back-up.
- No smoking permitted.
- Pets will be allowed if suitable, please get in touch with owners.
- The house has a long spiral staircase a wide spacing on the railings of the second-floor balcony which may be a safety concern for 2 to 4-year-olds or guests with disabilities.
- Linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.
- Bookings of 10 nights minimum throughout the year except for the Festive Season (15 December to 15 January) when the minimum booking is 18 nights.
