Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The cleaning fee paid is for checkout cleaning only. Any extra in between cleaning is at R580 per cleaning.
Please note that parties and loud noise are not allowed.
There is a 2 in 1 washing machine and tumble drier Guests are required to bring their own laundry soap and softner.
The apartment has a broom, mop, bucket, and an iron and ironing board.
There is a small conference room downstairs which guests can book and work from or have a small meeting.
Please note that we require copies of ID documents before arranging check-in. At check-in, these IDs will be verified in the presence of guests. Failure to provide proper identification will result in the inability to check in.
