Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is prohibited inside the property, guests are able to smoke on the patio.
House parties are not allowed.
Quiet times are to be observed between 22:00 pm and 08:00 am.
Swimming is at your own risk when lifeguards are not available.
The speed limit on the estate is 30kph, unless otherwise indicated. There is a speeding penalty of R500.
Garments or washing of any kind may be not be hung out or placed in an area including the golf course, which is visible to the public.
Please be mindful that there is a large number of vervet monkeys on the Estate and they can become a nuisance. For this reason, it is requested that guests kindly ensure that all windows and doors are closed when not on the property.
Swimming in the dams is prohibited.
Overcrowding of homes is not allowed, please adhere to maximum occupancy as indicated.
