Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The Floridian has a R2000 breakage fee, while the mini Floridian has a breakage fee of a R1000. The breakage deposit is refundable 3 days after departure.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
