The Floridian sleeps 8 adults and 8 children and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, each uniquely furnished. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and 1 single sleeper couch, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed for 2 children, the third bedroom contains a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 children, and the fourth bedroom contains a double sleeper couch, a bunk bed, and a tri-bunk bed for 3 children. All the bedrooms are situated upstairs, and the bathrooms all have shower facilities. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove to prepare a meal. Guests can enjoy the views of the swimming pool and the garden from the unit. The house also comprises an open-plan living area, a dining room, and a TV lounge for guest's entertainment.
