As this was a last-minute booking over the weekend, I informed you in advance that a same-day freshen-up by our usual cleaners would unfortunately not be possible. The unit had been fully cleaned earlier that week, and I offered to arrange an additional cleaner at your request, although this would have involved an extra cost due to weekend availability.
Regarding the check-in process, the key collection address and directions were provided, and location pins were sent shortly after you requested them to assist with navigation.
I appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to my attention. These will be checked and addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.
