Before your arrival, I provided a detailed floor plan and an information brochure that clearly outlined the property’s facilities. As mentioned, the house is cleaned prior to arrival but is not serviced daily, as it is a self-catering family home rather than a fully serviced luxury property.
I also informed you about the neighbouring extensions affecting the pool’s sea view more than a month before your stay, sent updated photos, and gave you the option to cancel with a full refund. While the view over the pool is partially blocked, there are still beautiful sea views from the two west-facing bedrooms and the deck.
Recent fires and construction in the area have caused dust and ash to blow around, especially in windy conditions when windows are left open. Despite this, many families have enjoyed their stays here, as reflected in past positive reviews.
We encourage guests to report any issues or shortcomings while we can still assist with a solution. We were in contact daily, and no issues were reported.
