Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00. Loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances are not permitted after this time.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or any indoor areas.
Only registered guests may stay on the property.
The swimming pool area is for swimming and sunbathing only. No glass or alcohol is permitted; please use the plastic glasses provided. Use the designated pool towels and not the white bathroom towels.
A shared braai area is available for guests staying longer than one night. Basic braai utensils and a small kitchenette are provided.
Food deliveries must be collected at the gate; delivery drivers are not permitted on the property.
Rooms are equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, crockery, and cutlery for convenience.
For security, the gate must always be properly closed when entering or leaving the property.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to leave without refund if house rules are not followed, including excessive noise, unauthorised visitors, or parties/events.
The private patio braai area is available for private functions (20–30 guests) only with prior arrangement, full house booking, and a minimum two-night stay.
The owner resides on the property to assist guests and ensure comfort and safety.
