House Rules

A R500 Damage Deposit that is refundable after the inventory of unit is checked after Check-Out. These fees must be paid to One Summer Place directly. We only accept EFT payments.

Please note that there is no cleaning during your stay. We offer additional cleaning services for guests who would like to have a daily cleaner in the unit.

All linen, pillows and extra blankets are provided, but please remember to bring own beach and bath towels.
