Comfortable accommodation. Safe and well located. Very pleased with The Residence @ Menlyn Maine. It is walking distance from Cintocare Hospital and close to shopping centres. Would recommend it.

Dirty, awful! The location is perfect. Reception staff awesome. The room I have booked was not available! The room we had to stay in was not clean, no WiFi as advertised, I've walked into a dirty room - hair everywhere, used condoms, underwear etc. The kitchen - poor. Tumble dryer not working. Will never ever recommend it.

No value for money. When we arrived the room was not ready. It’s as if they weren’t expecting us. Nothing complimentary to make up for the wait. We booked the place because of what we saw on the pictures. The aesthetics, the look and feel, but the apartment looked nothing like the pictures mentioned. Totally hated everything about the room. The door was broken which was an obvious safety concern. Cleaning supplies weren’t adequate given this was a self-catering apartment.
