Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking inside the units.
Only the cottage is pet-friendly by prior arrangements.
The cottage is not an enclosed area, however very spacious and secluded from the other units.
Dogs and cats must be tick and flea-free upon arrival.
Bring dogs' own beds as dogs are not allowed on the furniture and/or bedding.
2 Pet bowls are provided.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
R150 Non-refundable pet cleaning fee is charged.

All accommodation is situated on the Breëde River edge. During summer from December – April water levels drop and a free-flowing river can’t be guaranteed.
Olive Rock Wedding Venue is across the river, and there might be music occasionally. Please enquire beforehand if they are hosting a wedding.
