House Rules

It's important to note that the house is rented on a self-catering basis. Upon arrival, they provide all the necessary basic items such as toilet paper, milk, coffee, a bundle of wood for the fireplace, dishwashing soap, and more. However, any items that require replenishment are the responsibility of the guest.
In the event that the house is left in poor or dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be imposed, and the guest will be held accountable for any damage to household items.
Please be aware that smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
