House Rules

The house will only be serviced for stays longer than 2 nights. Linen is changed every 3 nights.
Children aged between 0 and 12 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
Children aged between 13 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Strictly no parties and no one who has not paid to stay there is allowed on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
