Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Offenders will be fined R1500.

Damages should be reported immediately, or guests will be held liable for any damages found.

No wet towels or objects may be left on the wooden floors.

Please do not use the towels and bedding to remove make-up.

For your own safety, please make sure that the electric sliding gate is properly closed.

Please place all rubbish in the rubbish bins when you leave.

Please do not touch the artwork.

For long stays, the house will be cleaned once a week. Please let us know if you require clean towels.

If the additional blanket has been used, please leave it on the bed to indicate that it needs to be washed.

Guests are required to clean up after their pets in the event they bring the pets along. Guests will be held liable if they fail to do so.
