Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Unfortunately, No parties and loud music are allowed.
Strictly no noise after 10 pm. You may be asked to leave without compensation and your deposit may be withheld to cover penalties and call-out fees.
No smoking indoors is allowed inside the unit.
The management kindly requests that guests return any items used during their stay to their original position and refrain from moving them to other units or leaving them outside.
Please note that your breakage deposit will be utilized to cover any damages, excessive cleaning expenses incurred by staff, or the cost of replacing items that need to be moved back to their original position.
Please don't assume that it's part of the departure cleaning.
Breakage deposits will be refunded 5-7 days after check-out. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with banking details for the refund.
Kindly close doors and windows when not at the unit as monkeys and baboons can cause damages which may and will be deducted from your security deposit should this be required to recover damages.
Kindly respect the check-in and check-out times as they may impact other guests and cleaning times between stays.
