Tranquility In the Heart of It is a studio flat with a separate entrance to the property in a quiet area of Pretoria. It has nearby access to N1, Menlo Park schools, CSIR, Time Square Casino, University of Pretoria and many other interesting places.
The apartment has a double bed. The bathroom comprises a shower, toilet and wash-basin. The open-plan lounge holds comfortable seating as well as a TV with a full DStv.
We have added a work space with an office chair for those that need to work, free Wi-Fi is included.
There is a small outside area where you can sit and enjoy a quiet drink watching the neighbourhood chickens and guinea fowl walking past, and if you are lucky you may see the bush babies that live on a nearby property. For your convenience, it has a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and all other appliances that you will need for self-catering purposes. For the eco-friendly, there is a solar geyser, induction hob and A+ appliances. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso machine with pods and extra filter coffee. A starter pack is supplied for your convenience, but there is a Café and various restaurants within walking distance. Hazelwood market every Saturday morning is also a short drive away.
Guests mobile numbers are pre-programmed to the gate and guests simply dial the provided number to open. Access to the house keys and a pin to the key safe is provided beforehand. Additional details are provided before arrival.
For those that don't have transport, the unit is about 5 minute's walk from the Gautrain bus route on Lynnwood Road. Uber pick-up is also an option.
Security codes, Wi-Fi access and other notes are left in the flat. This apartment makes use of solar power, and a battery backup and it has an outside gas hob to keep guests going during load shedding.
